Our Horda plant extrudes and vulcanizes hoses, chiefly for the automotive and white goods industries. It is also home to a prototyping shop, where prototypes are hand-constructed. We are continuously improving our injection moulding process and are especially proud of our upgraded production equipment.

Our Bor plant produces advanced blow-moulded components for the automotive and other industries, and includes a prototyping shop. Eight blow-moulding machines produce plastic in every colour and shape for applications such as reversing chambers, air ducts, bellows and road marker posts. The plant performs both 2D and 3D blow moulding, usually in polypropylene or polyethylene. We use compounds of these materials in order to obtain the desired product characteristics.
The blow-moulding machinery can also handle polyolefins and polyester-based thermoplastic elastomers.

As part of an expansion drive, Hordagruppen established links with a Polish company in 2005, which culminated in the formation of a jointly owned business in 2010. The initiative has been a success. Since 2010, we have expanded the facility to 10,000 square metres and the workforce to 250 employees. The business is very efficient and well run. Investment in new technology to handle rubber-metal and rubber-plastic bonding has paid off. Modern premises, state-of-the-art equipment and skilled employees guarantee top-quality products in the niche served by the Polish plant.
